G4.5 problem.

i just installed on my computer the windows vista after some problems with my hardware, this time i re install my G4.5 on my computer and i cant run it, it shows me the error:
error: D3DERR_INVALIDCALL
FILE. DXEFFECT.CPP
LINE: 896

kind of weird cause it was running great before i format my pc.

There is a .dll file you need to add to Vista to make it work. Check the knifeedge forums for details.

Also, make sure you have directx installed and the latest drivers for your video card.

thanks...cause as i said it was working yesterday, i just format my laptop and put everything again and this problem shows up. :(
