Realflight G4.5 controller problem

My interlink controller has a glitch on the up elevator stick.When you use up elevator the elevator on the plane will bounce around between the up elevator you want and neutral elevator.You can watch it bounce around when the plane is sitting on the runway.I tried re-installing the program and i get the same problem.Callibrating the controller doesn't help either.Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?It's almost impossible to fly a plane the way it is now.

Sounds like the potentiometer is dirty or starting to fail. Email their support and plan to send it back. Unless you know how to clean a pot and are prepared to try.
