FMS aeroChopper controller question
 

I used to use AeroChopper from Ambrosia all the time. I downloaded FMS and the program runs fine, but the controller is another issue. When I set the control the Serial-PIC interface, it actually reads the Aerochopper controller(futaba conquest) but it seems very choppy. Does anyone know how to set this controller up to use it properly. The heli or airplanes all just take off quick and i can barely control them with the controller? Thanks for your help
