Fs one question

I have a Real flight G4.0 simulator and I am thinking about getting a second simulator.I have been told that the FS one is no longer available,=. Is that true?If it is is the Phoenix simulator better than the FS one and the Reaql flight G4.0?

If you have G4, you can upgrade to G4.5 for free. Why do you want another sim? G4 is terrific.
