G2 newbie Questions
I'm a recent purchaser of G2 (full version) and have a few questions.
1: Is there an easy way to decrease all radio sensitivities? It seems that the interlink controller is much more sensitive than when I use a JR Galaxy. I cant always use the JR, and it seems that the included controller is super sensitive. I can reduce each individual control, but that is a pain, and it appears that I need to do it for each plane... Is this an issue for anyone else?? 2: Is there any track of successful vs unsuccessful flights? I read a few messages that someone else refered to the $ value of their crashes, or their success ratio. Cant see this anywhere in the program. 3: DO any of the addons have any popular park flyers? Thats my current interest, and I was hoping to find an accurate small flyer.. Thanks for your assistance, Steve |
G2 newbie Questions
Hello Steve,
I will try to answer your questions: 1. As far as I know, you either have to change the radio settings or the control surface deflections for each airplane. I do not find the airplanes extremely sensitive overall though. Do you have this problem with any planes in particular? 2. Not as far as I have seen. 3. I have not looked specifically for park flyers, but I have seen a few around. You should have the Fundango and BLT included with G2. Addons vol 4 has the Tutor included. I have also found a few park flyers to download from the swap page at http://www.realflight.com. I think I got a small Cap 232 there. I am not sure how accurate they are though, as I have not flown any of them outside G2. Best regards, Krister |
G2 newbie Questions
With the "stock" settings for the stock controller, it is sensitive for any plane that I have tried. The BLT in particular.
When using the JR radio, it is much better, and Ive not changed anything drastic in the radio itself, and the program is "stock" for the JR radio. Having flown a BLT in the real world, the virtual world is over reactive, like i was all over the stick, and like it had more power and less control than actual. The BLT is one of the few really light planes that I have flown that the program has, and it seems off. Other planes that I have flown (larger or heavier) are more real, just the light ones are causing me concern... |
