rf g2 controller

I cant get my interlink contorller to work. It worked once for 5sec. . I keep getting message to plug controller in and it doesn't work. If i pull up game ontrollers on control panel it is showing the interlink. If i =nplug it and plug it back in the yellow light either stays off or on solid.
