Default Glow Fuel Under Pressure. How Best to Open.

Hey Everyone: Fuel Bottle: Brand: Bulin Model: X1500 One piece thick aluminum.
I am asking for some assistance in regards to Nitro Fuel under pressure. About a year ago, I purchased some recommended RC glow "fuel" aluminum storage containers. I had a gallon of 25% nitro fuel that was in a plastic container that had a broken threaded cap. The nitro fuel I had fit into 4 separate bottles. 3 of them were filled up to the recommended fill line, as shown on the outside of the bottle. The 4th bottle was filled about 1/2 way. Now a year later, the 1/2 filled bottle seems to be under pressure, as I am not able to un-screw the plastic threaded cap, unless I use a pair of vice grips and turn slowly. I started to unscrew the plastic cap, about 1/4 of a turn, but really needs some strength to loosen. So before I continued, I have concerns about the inside fuel must be under pressure? Before I keep going, I wanted to ask around and get some more experienced information before proceeding. I figure that if I keep going, unscrewing the plastic cap, but very slowly, the pressure should start coming out soon? or the cap would blow off once almost unscrewed?? My fear is , what's the possibility of explosion or fire after releasing the pressure. All thoughts and suggestions, gladly accepted. Thanks, PVtech67.

since no one has replied
correct me if i am wrong these bottles are for camping fuel if i am looking at the right items.
the problem is 2 fold they are not designed for nitro or the oil in the fuel.
i suspect it is the oil that has gummed up the plastic in the cap.
as for if it is under pressure put into a freezer for at least 24 hrs the vapors should condense out and remove the pressure.
model fuel is pretty safe it is not known to explode upon opening even under pressure.
just do not open it next to an open flame or other ignition source. think as if it were gasoline.
put it into a freezer and then open carefully.
if in doubt take to the fire department and let them open it.
