Keep letting the folks know, Wade. The hiccup in the supply flow left a lot of folks figuring that like so many other companies in the RC industry, the powermaster fuels might be gone for good. The fuel industry is a whole different animal than the rest of the RC industry. There was a big following, you'll get it back to what it was and then some. Has HobbyTown here in San Antonio contacted you about getting supplied from you? I let the guy there know about you, and he formerly worked at Rebel Hobbies, a huge Powermaster seller. Lots of the customers followed him and they know he's there now.

All I have used, in ALL of my glow engines, 2-stroke and 4-stroke, car, truck, airplane, for the past 20+ years has been Powermaster. I was bummed out to hear it had gone out of business. I am thrilled to hear it is back in business.
Long Live Powermaster!

Well powermaster is back on the shelves at my lhs. Piicked up a couple gallons today. Anyone tried it since the change in management? Hope it's as good as I remember.

You're in Kerrville, okay.
I saw it in HobbyTown the other day (Vance Jackson and loop 410, go east on 410 off I-10). I don't know if 3D Hobbies in Fredericksburg has it or not, I'll see if I can find out. If they don't, put in a request and ask them to bring it in. Powermaster is right here in San Antonio now, so there's no reason they can't. I'm still working on my favorite neighborhood Hobby Shop to get some for me. I'm still working on the last of my old stock, but I'm flying more now, so that'll be history soon enough.

Yeah, but it's not like the guys don't service local folks too. And it's not like they don't ever come to San Antonio, which means NO shipping when they just pick up some cases here.
Oh, well. At least you can get it here at Hobby Town.

Good news for San Antonio RCers! Second Chance Hobbies in Universal City stocks Powermaster now, and their prices are excellent. I was psyched to see that!
I need to let the clubs here know that.

They do here as well, they're on the other side of town. I go there too, but I'm fond of our local guys at Second Chance Hobbies.

Heard PowerMaster was back in business so they were contacted again. Found out that it is now under new ownership and was told that they were changing all the formula's. That in itself raised some concern, so we went with Morgan. I personally have found it to be as good a fuel as PM. Only problem is it comes in plastic jugs. I miss the PM cans.

That's correct. They are using the same formulas. The new owner told me himself. And I can say from experience, their YS/Saito 20/20 formula is the same....awesome.

I'm really glad to see PowerMaster hit the shelves again, but I'm bummed out about the plastic jugs as their containers.
I don't want to have to re-do my flight box to accomodate the PM nitro... all I had to do is snap on a new can. Maybe I'll just pour the new stuff into the metal cans. [&o]
