Is there a tool/machine to add fuel to a boat gas tank?

Either use a fuel bulb or get a fuel pump for rc airplanes. They make manual and electric ones. I use an electric one that’s installed in my field starter box they I carry my fuel and starter in and power the glow driver and starter from.
