Nitro Prices up??
 

Is it my imagination, or has Nitromethane really increased in cost by 50% in recent months?

The local race shop which we source our nitro for homebrew has gone through the roof on it.

Fuelman? You hearing anything?

Man...I'm glad my engines don't use but a sniff of the stuff.

3 weeks ago i thought i found a good place to get fuel, its high out here in the desert southwest anyways at $21 a gallon for wildcat 20-20 but last week it was $28 and i fainted, (may have to go to gas[:@])

Probably. Look what gasoline costs now. The stuff has to be shipped and it's a hazmat.

yes! nitro fuel raw materials have gone up considerably in the past few months! i deal with these products and i can tell you everything has gone up an average of about 18%[X(] hopefully it will stop!!

It NEVER stops. Gasoline is a good example.

Everything is up. Truck freight is going up fast as well.
