Why can't you buy commercial fuel? The ingredients need to be mixed carefully, accurately, and cleanly for the fuel to be reliable. Smaller quantities of some of the ingredients may be cost-prohibitive. It's not really a project for a home shop.

I don't know how available nitro is in Israel but using just methanol and oil works very well in car engines.

I cannot understand why this would be any more difficult than mixing model airplane fuel, which is very easy. Just use less oil!

You can use food coloring (get it from cake shops super market) only use a tiny amount
