+2 for hostiles. I have a set of all terrains that I use a lot. They just seem to never where out. Their MX Knobbies are pretty awesome as well.

I've heard these work quite well also:

Here are the hostiles in extra hard compound:

I would think the mini mx knobbies (pictured) would get the best traction on a dirt track, and maybe the regular mx knobbies (Losiracer's second link) if you're just bashing in dirt. Also a softer compound will get you more traction at the expense of longevity, whereas a harder compound will get you better longevity at the expense of traction, or so I'm told. I would still think a soft compound hostile tire would outlive darn near any other brand under the same conditions.

I run the Pro-Line Bow Ties and would not consider them a longevity tire. From all I have read on many different forums the hostile extra hard MX last the longest but you will lose traction like others said.

I have the Hard MX's and they are poo in dry dusty conditions. They are better for grass and mud. The MiniMX's are great in medium. I have couple of those HB Khaos and Proto tires and they haven't worn down a bit but they are medium to soft, so you will need to glue them to your foams.

Well thanx for the input guys! I think I'll go with the Hostile hard compound since i'm not racing and just looking for a tire that lasts a long time!

I like the ones on my Rovan that just showed up. They are Hostile clones:

I do not think there is such a thing as RC tire that last a long time but the Hostile MX hard will last longer then most others.
