i nice pipe would be a gbe end bleed ,jetpro v3 or a cpi bigbore ..i say keep the mixture 25:1 .for on road if you want slicks?hostile tires is the way to go.and a radio upgrade is always good and a lot of people with baja have good luck with futaba 2.4ghz radios and airtronics 2.4ghz..you wont have any problems with interference.you might also wanna get a killswitch from killerrc.com..theyre easy to install and easy to set up.its also a must for your 5th scale.

Low end power for a pipe?
Rear Dominator.

The Dominator I have on my 30.5cc T1000 really woke it up. It pulls harder from bottom to top over the SS pipe it replaced.

vrc side or rear propipe...nothing else comes close for low/mid and top...this pipe has it all and weighs less than the rest.

All around good pipe for the 30.5 in my opinion is the CPI big bore. I run one on my race ported 30.5. The DOM does have a little better low end but the CPI has much better mid and top end.

In the interests of prolonging the life of the engine, fit Outerwears pre-filters on Air filter, starter area and crankcase. I would also fit Killer RC shock limiting straps to minimise suspension damage in the inevitable high speed roll-over(s). A Shredstack inclined inlet manifold will make servicing the air filter heaps easier too.
Have fun!
