Default 1:3 Scale Dragster Home Build.

Hello

I Have Wrote almost in every Forum. And the interest of my build is low.
I had hope of a loot of comments.
This Is my Second Large scale build. And the Largest.
I'm Building how I think in my mind how I want it.
And how I want it Maybe ain't Right.

Everything is made out of my mind I have used Cad program and some machines like laser, brake press ,Welding machine and hand tools
I have remade things several times. And some things I'm not satisfied with still.
Almost everything Is brand new And after a vile It gets Expensive.


I will update Information here.

The frame are made of pipes 15mm(0.6tum) Diameter with a thickness of 1,5mm(0.1tum)
The Frame is 2.5M long (8.2 feet) Without wings.
and about 3M whit wings (9.8 feet)
I plan to mount Wheelie Bars.
Front and rear wing is 1M Wide and the rear wing Is about 1M up in the air. (3.2 feet)
The wings are made of 1mm(0,04tum) sheet whit aluminium ends

The Engien is 4stroke lincoln 110cc Full automatic 1 gear 12V starter It's a Dirtbike engien.
I have Race CDI to extend RPM curve
Race spark plug
22mm(0.9tum) Mikuni carburetor with funnel.
around 10Hp
I have mounted a gas pump to fill up the carburetor whit return pipe.
Home made Exhaust pipe Even Silencer. whit Wideband o2 sensor and Exhaust Wrapping.


The Gear in front have 18 Tooth and in rear 17.
428 Gears and Chain
I have mount Front weal Disk brake whit home made Disk.

Front Wheel are from skike (Off road in lines?) http://www.skike.se/skike-modeller
Rear Wheel are from Gokart Back wheels 20mm(8tum) Wide

rear axel Is 30mm(1.2tum) Solid

Servos are Savöx SA1283SG

Dimensions(mm): 40.8x20.2x37.4
Weight(g): 80.0
Speed(@6.0V sec/60): .13
Torque(@6.0V oz-in): 416.6
Gear: Unique Steel
Bearing: 2BB
Case: Full Aluminum
25 Tooth Spline
Frequency: 250-333hz
Pulse Width Frequency: 1520

Transmither Futaba T8FG

Reciver Futaba R60008HS

Servos are right now powerd from one 5000mAh Batery hoked up to
Turngy RotorStar Dual Power 15A Voltage Regulator

I have 3 Jeti BEC to Reley contorling Pump, Egnition and starter.
The starter Use a standard 8Ah dirtbike battery

Bodywork is made from polyester and fiberglass over corrugated cardboard to gett it stiff.

I don't use the Gear I have 4 different size I don't use.. they Were TO BIG!

This 3 BEC are controlling
Pump
Egnition
Starter Relay

And They work whit Futaba HS system. I have bout 4 different models Before i Bout this ones.
Old things dose not work whit my system.

It stands reddy for the first test run. But There is many things that need to work together. Weather, Find some ware to drive it, Rent a Covered Trailer big enough for it. Some one how can film It.. we will have to see when I can drive it. I think It will be hard to drive it. The smaller one are Hard to drive. It's simple to give Gas. But to use the brake.... I have already spin some turns whit it. It Didn't Flip. Low Wight But Brake And turn at the same time DON'T work. At slow speed! The problem for me was to short road.
