Default 21st Century Toys 1/6 scale Humvee M1025

I couldn't find a section for non tracked military vehicles so I thought some one might know about this vehicle. I aquired one yesterday and found that there isn't too much info on it, cocerning it's functions or non functions.
The vehicle is 31" long x 13 1/2" wide and has a rotating missle launcher on it. It is four wheel drive, with two motors, but the rear wheels won't go and the front wheels start going when the switch on the vehicle is turned on,even if the transmitter isn't on.It doesn't respond to the transmitter at all.The 12 volt battery is fully charged and so are the transmitter batteries. It has circuit boards which I don't know anything about. So if the problem is there ,I'm at a loss.I thought of keeping it and getting someone to put in hobby grade components, but might end up selling it.The guy that had it did a camo theme that he saw online.

I tried what someone on another forum said .I used a D cell battery and attached it to the wires on the motor and it worked and the rear wheels spun. The motors won't go into reverse, the light don't work and the steering doesn't respond to the transmitter. The wires on the motors are on a circuit board, the motors are fan cooled and have the numbers 5529245F on them. The antenna wire goes to the smaller circuit board,so is this the ESC or a receiver ?

I've decided not to mess with this as I don't have the knowledge to convert it to modern electronics,so it will be in the for sale section soon.

IF you like the model it would be easy to convert. You would just need to brushed engines and a speed controller. A servo for the steering and for the rotating turrent. I think it would be cake for you to convert.
