Not really. There is Max Bashing magazine that sometimes has a review of a giantsclae car. Mainly the R/C mags about only cater for 1/10, 1/8.
There is a website called REV-UP http://www.rev-up.co.uk/ that is an online mag. thats the best there is.

The REV-UP is not only online, there's also a subscription for a monthly DVD!
EDIT: I have to correct myself. That DVD subscription thing ended in 2004. Sorry.
