Default Heat resistant glue

as it says i need something thats heat resistant and will stick to the metal of the engine block and a heat sensor donts have to be glue or anything just strong.

its for the sensor2 which is on order cant wait ill post piccys and things 4 u all

DEVCON should make an appropriate two part adhesive

You can buy high temperature gasket silicone maker from an Auto Parts store - it is a fairly firm compound once dried and yet still remains flexible.

Provided both surfaces to be mated is clean and dry (no oil, etc) - it should stick and stay stuck for quite some time.

JB weld.......... I use it on engine block no problems up to 500*F

The jb weld or jb kwik will do the job. I have used that epoxy before but not on a high temp application.

drill 1mm hole in fin and use wire to hold it in place it will be a nice metal to metal contact too
