shock springs and oil
Has anyone changed their springs and oil weight to reduce the bumpy ride on the 'foots? If so, what did you use for springs and oil weights...front and rear.
Thanks

Yes, I use AE's 40wt for my FG MT (with tyre inserts). It makes a huge difference to the handling. I have not changed the springs. Several drivers also use 30 wt.

Same here 40wt all round with or without inserts (2 sets of wheels) depending on the surface.
Both sets of wheels also have air bleed holes made in them (a couple of holes in the tyres too) which reduces the bounce from the tyres.

Well then, time to change the oil. I was wondering too about the 'bleed' holes. There aren't any. I do have the holes in my other RC trucks' tires. TIme to get the drill out.
Thanks
