Default My 1/4 scale WCM Nascar to Drag Car

Hi all,
Check out my WCM 1/4 scale car modified from NASCAR to DRAG CAR. Playing with this project for a few weeks off and on, i laid my engine down, installed a FG 2 speed tranny w/ FG competition brakes. I also installed a jack shaft using pillow blocks, a straight axle and modify a used jetpro pipe i won on EBAY. I'm still fine tuning this. car due to so many gears i'm dealing with.

looks great, keep us updated.

If you dont mind, how old is that WCM car of yours? I'm mildly interested in getting into quarterscale onroad, but there isnt that much information out there on the current models that WCM makes. Forgive me if im totally missing something, but do these cars not have differentials? Are there one way bearings in the wheels or something? Do you have any, or know of any videos of these things running?

Thanks

Sweeeeeet! I'm doing the same thing with a RACO GTP car I have. I just have to get new host tires for the rear and some pro stock front tires. As soon as I can find out where I downloaded my pictures to I'll post them.
Where did you get the 2-spd tranny?

sheograth,
This WCM car i purchased from EBAY was stated to be a 2002 model. The rear of this car don't have any one way bearings , but my 2 speed tranny from FG does.

Ankle Biter Racing,
That going to be one nice car went you set up your tire profile. My 2 speed tranny was purchased from EBAY a few months ago.

I don't know if you were replying to me or warren cause his car is much nicer. But just in case this was directed to me.
Here's the link to see my test run of my RACO.
