RE: Firehammer???????
Check out this thread of guys who own and upgraded their Firehammers:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7706537/tm.htm
These are not FG MTs (even though they look like them), but if you study that thread, those guys give rather extensive information on how to upgrade and what to upgrade on a Firehammer.

RE: Firehammer???????
Yes they are worth it and a lot of fun. I have a clone of the firehammer and with a few hop ups they are easy to work on. The prices for spare parts are cheap. They cost of fuel is better then nitro. FG parts fit the truck so when you want to upgrade you can buy FG parts.

Welcome Hoopsta !
what is the power output of the included charger ? It will say on the face of it in MAH. ( a number like 1800 or something I believe)
that will dictate howlong it takes to charge.

Look at your charger. If your charger has a charge rate of 250 mA and your batt is 1500mAh capacity, it will take 6hours to charge. (batt capacity divided by charge rate: 1500mAh/250mA = 6H, 6hours).
Or, if you have a decent charger won which you can select your charge rate, the higher you set your charge rate, the faster your batts will charge. Do not exceed 1amp (1000mA) though, you can risk cooking your batt.
So, at 1amp (1000mA), a 1500mAh batt will take 1.5hours to charge (1500mAh/1000mA= 1.5Hr).
