Screwed up!
Bought a "New and Improved" 5T with the 2.4GHZ thinking it would be a good deal as it is with Losi RTRs, and now I find out that a kill switch cannot be installed because the radio has only 2 channels. I could have bought a 5T with the FM for $300 less, tossed the FM and bought a good radio. Grrr!

RE: Screwed up!
Nope, none of them work with HPIs radio. Look at the bottom of this page.

Killer RC has stated that no current model of his kill switches work with HPI's 2.4ghz. I'm glad I got the FM version of the 5T when I did, along with saving $200

Sucks to be you. I'd contact HPI and ask them why? You can't install a kill switch to protect your investment. |Tell them they can have their krap economy radio back.
They should not come RTR. All the RTR radios are krappy. With exception of the one I recieved with my Nutech.
