Default If you own a hpi baja or km 5t

If you own a hpi baja or km 5t then you probly know how expensive the plastic bodies are ( 120.00 to 195.00) Well I can have the same 5t body made ( well very very similar, had to have very small not noticeabe to get around legal issues) for $32.00 total shipped to my door! Actually the bodies will be made much thicker (3mm) which is better. The catch is that I have to buy large numbers 100pcs or more to make this happen.
The problem is I am low on cash right now to that is why I am posting here looking for investors. To prove I am trust worthy email me for my ebay ID. I have been a ebay power seller for years. email is [email protected]

Do you have any pictures of these bodies? Do they have the molds ready? If so im sure there will be others getting these bodies for sale, right?. Care to put me into contact on where to buy the 100pcs of bodies? I can cut you a deal from your hookup since your low on the upfront money... lemme know, shoot me a pm and we can talk.

Hi, yes you might be right. I was thinking what the best thickness should be? The factory will make me any thickness I like.

Hey guys, I don't have the upfront money either but I can tell you I can put money in for 5 of them.. Maybe if you get enough people to get in on it, we can make this happen....

Hi thanks that would be great. But I would need to make some profit. maybe 10.00 profit per body would be fair to everyone?

For that price sounds like they are made of PETG and not lexan...

Nope they are lexan. You see most all bodies are made from just a couple of factories, and then HPI and other manufactures mark the price way out of site. I am here to help bring the price down with some friendly competion

yes you are correct as far as I know. Just shows how much mark up there is. Most of my cost is shipping.

people might be more inclined to go for this if you were a established member with more than 23 posts. But i see you have been a member for 4yrs. Why only 23 posts?

What I'd like to know is how do you know they are any good? Have you tested them on your own cars?
They may be cheap but if they are no good (ie too brittle) then its still a waste to buy them and would rather pay more for a better product.
Not meaning to be negative or anything, just putting the thought out there.

I dunno, this whole thing sounds fishy and i would steer clear of it. I mean he basically wants $3000 of our hard earned money for a group buy. He has 25 posts. It just doesnt seem legit. No offense. I know there have been other group buys that have went well on here, but i am sure they were a well established and respected member of this forum.

If ya cant come up with the relatively small sum of $3000 for a business venture I dont think you should be starting one! They are just clone bodies from someone like KM or Rovan anyway, $35 sounds around about the price they sell there bodies for and no need to buy 100 min.
