You mean I sold my first MB for the HPI Baja. I still have my basher. And I've actaully driven what I comment about, instead of only touching it at my LHS.

No actually my LHS owner has let me drive his FG Bigfoot, and I must say it is a truley unique experience and the fun level far exceeds what I have experienced with my Savage, and my buggy.

Yes, that is a big boy and 32 inches long still looks huge.

I'll never go back to nitro, not even for my kids birthdays. But the youngest will have to sell his ATV when he wants a Baja. Same price now.

They have to start with a buggy design. Its much easier. I'm sure they have a team already working on a truck, bu they are 10 years behind FG.

They are working on a 1/5 scale Savage, but it wont be out until late 2006. I cant wait that long.[&o]

I think it looks very much like a real buggy Vs the cartoonish look of most of the other giant scale buggys on the market.

I am pretty sure the FG guys did not say that.
But the hpi is very cool it will definatly do well and fit into its nitch, I personally Think the HPI is very cool and it reminds me of the Super Champ that Tamia use to have in the early 80's. Sand rails are very cool and the sex apeal of the new HPI is very hard to resist.

You should be more clear about that statement. Who? I am one of the FG guys and no one in our group said that. The HPI is cool looking. But we should wait and see how it holds up.
