Diff Protection

Had a look through the search engine cant find what i am looking for.
I have a quad diff on my marder in elcon diff risers. I hear the word "siliconing the diff" which i guess helps stop all the dirt getting in. Anyone got any pics of this?
Also protecting the servo's from grime anyone got any pics of what they use to protect.
thanks

thanks for that. A rear diff guard looks to be a must, just need to get a solution to the servo questions. I am running three servos, two that operate the front and rear hydro,s and the throttles. As they are kopropo 2344's i would like to keep them reasonably water and dirt resistant. Finally i would like to protect the brake cylinder pistons as they also collect grime.

I can't remember the brand name off hand but you can get it at Ace Hardware. It's used for dipping tool handles in to provide better grip. I think...........ok I just went into my shop to check, I have two, Plasti-dip and Grip&Guard. They come in black, blue, yellow, and red. Juats dip your servos into it about a 1/2 inch up the wires, let it dry over night and trim around the spline shaft and your servos are 100% water proofed.

hope this helps, I run in snow alot so i've gotten pretty good at water proofing.
