Hey fellow soarers
I had back in the 80's a flock of Bob Dodson's sailplane from the wing twisting Pixi to the MAGNIFICIANT LoveSong. I spoke to Bob a few years back and he gave me a guys name and number that used to build for him..I finally got a hold of him and he told me he had a few things he would sell me (fuses and wing kits) but nothing complete..I would give my left _ _ _ for a LoveSong or a Older WindSong ...If anyone out there knows where I might find one that would be soooooooooo cool. I would love to fly that wonderful Ship again With 90* of flaps and the nose almost straight down I could put it in the palm of my hand...Oh those were the days...am I doomed to just dream or is there a remote chance of finding one...? Terry

There is a Yahoo group dedicated to Bob's planes. Join the group and post with exactly what you are looking for. You will find something pretty quickly.

At the 1982 Nats, I had a most interesting and leisurely discussion with Bob about sailplane design and construction methods. Most of the time was spent on best way to build flaps and trailing edges for the E212 and E214 airfoils we were using at the time. I also have the newsletter he was publishing at the time. I learned a lot from him even though I never built one of his models.
