Indiana Dunes Mt. Baldy closed
Fellow slopers,
In an attempt to restore the dune grass to overused park areas, the management of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore has closed off the western summit area of Mt. Baldy, which is the point from which almost all of the slope flying on that site is done.
I'm unsure just how long this closure will last, but it looks to be all this summer at least. I'll post more news as it becomes available.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
