Here is how I painted my Radian to help with orientation and visibility. It works well really improves keeping track of the bird.

Wish I could take credit for the idea, but that rightly goes to a gent in the Deland, FL club.
I used Krylon spray paint masked off with blue painters tape. The models foam is stable enough to accept the paint well.

Other things you can use is the colored packing tape the use for slope gliders.

I have the dark blue tape from root to tip on the bottom of the wing. As I fly toward myself from way out I can tell the orientation of the plane by which color I see. White means I am heading down. Blue means I am heading up. works great! It may also add a little extra lateral support to the wing.
