Some un-lucky winner is in for some heart break when they open that brown box and find a box full of sticks and blocks instead of a big yellow glider.

I guess I don't see the problem. It is listed as a kit in the title. There is 'kit' underlined in the description.
However, you will probably be right that whomever pays $80 or more for a kit that's selling for $70 probably doesn't read very well either.

This is almost like buying a barrel of beer onE-bay - andyou receivea big box with the woodennaves and metal bands, a stopper and some bags of hops, yeast and barley - you have to put the keg together and brew the beer yourself - and you are thirsty.....
