I recently did some trading with a friend of mine and ended up with about ten glider/sail planes. One of these i beleave is a graupner wp ventus 2 cx. The wing span is somewhere around 14 foot and its big enuf that it also has air brakes that come up out of the first of two wing sections. My question, is there a market for something like this? And what would be a fair resale market price for something like this?

On a scale from one to ten, whats the condition of the Ventus? Is it ready to fly(servos, batt., RX)? $600.00 would be a fair asking price for a 3.5-4 meter scale ship.

The market is somewhat limited but thats about right depending on condition and installed equipment. I'd certainly be interested.

ok did some more looking and the glider is a nimbus 4d. sorry for the mix up

and on a 1to10 its a 6 and it does have all the servos. just no recever wich if its a 9 ch then i do have it.

You can fly it on a 9ch Radio. If you are serious about flying this sailplane. You should sign up over on www.rcaerotowing.com There is a wealth of info over there on getting started in scale soaring! Not much that here on RCU.
