Default Greensleeves 2M Glider

Personal Notes for anyone buying a "Green Sleeves " 4 Channel Glider

 Two ( 2 ) Standard Servo's ( Elevator & Rudder )
This plane does not need Standard Servo's
Takes up to much space in servo tray
Adds additional unwanted weight
Used two Hitec H-82 Servo's - Saved 2 ounces

 Servo tray had to be replaced for smaller lighter servo's

 Servo Push Rods had to be reconfigured for free movement

 Hinged control surfaces installed by Green Sleeves
Alieron and Rudder surfaces had to be reglued with CA glue - Loose

 Wing hold down bolts
Hold down blocks in fuselage were tapped at an angle - not straight

 Battery compartment ( Nicad Batterys ) old technology
Recommend Li-po 3 Cell - 1800ma or better
Placement up front behind motor

 Velcro stap inside fuselage .. removed ( not needed )
added new Velcro on fuselage floor for Li-Po Battery behind motor

 8 x 4 Folding prop provided with kit .. way too small
Replaced with 11 x 6 folding prop assembly .. plenty of power

 CG point of 2 5/8 inch .. just a starting point
Actual CG point was found to be aft of this point .. more like 2 7/8

 Canopy needs some type of magnet hold down. The canopy screws on each
side are small and easily lost.

After making all the changes above, the glider flew great . very nice !!!!

I would not recommend this product based on workmanship and retail cost.

Thanks for the update. This one has been around for a while. Great recommendations.
