Congratulations on the Nimbus.

Re: camber - I think the first gain most pilots would see from camber control is additional launch height by using drag-reducing reflex during launch. It would only take a fraction of a second just after tip over to switch from reflex to high-drag, max-lift flap. I just don't know- would an additional 20-30% of launch height make any real difference?

Of course, if the plane is just too small to absorb dual aileron servos then there is nothing you can do. And it is a valid strategy either way: minimize weight or maximize wing performance per phase.

Sorry to bring up a dead topic but I have a question. Does anyone know if anyone have converted the MountainModel's DL50 to a aileron version from the standard Rubber/Elevator out-of-the-box setup.
