Glass fuse for GL wing, maybe a Spirit?
I just turned a nice Sophisticated Lady into a 2-piece fuse model.
Ripped the whole tail section off on a less than perfect landing. I had glassed the T joins, but that wasn't enough.
I'm looking for a glass fuse that I can mount this Gentle Lady wing(shares wing kit w/ the SL). Any recommendations?
I also have an older Spriit 2M ARF wing that gave up the ghost on a standard histart launch a month ago I'm toying w/ laying some ply across the dihedral joiners/spars and maybe finding a glass fuse that would work for that, too.
Both the GL & Spirit 2M share a 9" chord.
