Anyone have anything to say about the Great Planes Spirit Elite ARF?

How does it hold up to the winch?

I just finished a Spirit Elite kit and it flys great and holds up to the winch just fine. I understand that the ARF uses the same wing joiner which is made up of aluminum and plywood. My friend Ollie made me up a joiner from carbon fibber and plywood which is lighter and stronger than the original. But the original worked just fine untill I got the replacement. If the ARF flys as well as the kit (and I'm sure it will) you are going to be very pleased with the Spirit Elite.
