How much do they go for? It looks like a nice plane...

I'm not sure the current cost of a new aircraft. The club I fly with bought ours used for 25K back in 2000. With the $ to Euro conversion being as bad as it is I would guess the cost of a new L-23 is at least 60-70K.

OK here are my RC gliders. I have a Spirit, Gentle Lady, Coyote, homebrew hand-launch, and a free flight 2-32 that I am currently working on.

Here's some pics of my Wing Warrior Raider and my Dynaflight Talon built as a standard tail. Neither of them have been flown yet, just waiting on some free time from the family duties and work.

RE: show us your gliders
here's some pics of my dynamic soaring gliders.
Yellow plane is called the Blast, a converted F5D pylon racer, it's record is 293mph.
White plane is called the kinetic, the 100" version holds the world record at 365mph!
The white plank is an M-60 (fastest M-60 at 178mph)
The rendering is my design for DS called the Boomslang. This plane will go over 400mph.

Thanks!
I'm using the same foil as the two fastest planes (365 and 358) the 100" Kinetic and the 127" Thundertaker. It is a special HN foil for DS.
I'm working with the same gentleman that helped develop both the Kinetics and the Thundertaker, so the Boomslang has their heritage, but is my idea of what will be fastest.
Major differences are Super long tail moment (fuse is 73 inches long with a short nose), also the large wing fillet with the NACA laminar nose will result in better flow along the fuse, and keep clean air going over the vert.
Weight will be around 18 pounds, wing loading around 40 oz.sq.ft
The yellow/blue plane is an Opus MC3. An Opus I built has gone 328mph! The Opus is the only easily obtained DS plane that is capable of warp speeds.
Check RCspeeds.com for info on DS

RE: show us your gliders
Here's a couple now and then pics of me and a life long friend. First pic at age 16 flying a Graupner Cirrus and and I think Olympic? The second pic of myself with a dragonfly and I have no idea what the heck it is. We are now both at age 46 and still flying together. We joked yesterday that we will hav eto get another pic when we turn 76. We gave up the glow and gassers and returned home to when it all began. Having fun away from the wifes!
