Default Dg-1000 from hobby lobby - balance point

Hi,

I have a DG-100 from hobby lobby, any reccommendations on balance point. As measured from leading edge of wing at the fusalage. Mine seems to need a lot of nose weight to balance at plan cg location. How much nose weight did yours need?

Thanks Steve

MY DG TOOK , IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY , SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 6/8 OZ'S AND THE BATTERY TO GET IT RIGHT. THE CG IS MEASURED 200MM [[6"] OUT FROM THE WING ROOT AND , AS REPORTED BY THOSE WHO HAVE FLOWN AND TRIMMED THEM SUCESSFULLY, 25-30 MM BEHIND THE LEADING EDGE . THERE IS AN ENTIRE DISSERTATION ON THIS OVER AT RCGROUPS UNDER THE THREAD OF 2.6 M SCALIES [ OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT] GOOD LUCK
