Default arranging tailplane and wing!!!!

i have the fuselage, mainwing, tailplane attached to fin and now my
problem:
1.how should the tailplane be attached to fuselage so that it is parallel to ground.
2.how should the mainwing be attached to fuselage so that both sides of wing are equally displaced from the tailplane.
3.is it possible to attach both mainwing and tailplane simultaneously?if possible how to do it??

please help because i am beginner and i have made a glider and attached all parts to fuselage but it stalled many times as the arrangement was wrong..and within 2 test flight it nosedived and the fuselage got broken..

thanks for any help.
regards
karthik
