Spectrum iX 20/ Vario Setup
 

I have a spectrum iX20 transmitter and a AR6610T Receiver. I am trying to test the radio on a Sailplane before I use the iX 20 in a Jet. The telemetry was recognized by the transmitter and seems to be working correctly. The only issue is the Vario I can see the screen it's recognizing me moving the receiver up and down and I can see the amount of feet + or -. The issue is I cannot hear the beep from the transmitter indicating a climb or a descent even I'm in the workshop. Like I said I can see the graph and the ft is changing but cant hear a beeping??????
I called Spectrum and 4 people are working on it and so far no one can figure it out?? There is a video of it being dine but the guy does not say how to make the beeps work? And yes already tried to contact the guy.
