Bob Martin "Katie II" glider

Anyone know where I can still buy the Katie II glider made by Bob Martin Models or an equivalent flying plane? I had one about 10 years ago and I'd like to find another kit if possible.
Thanks

RE: Bob Martin "Katie II" glider

The Katie II has been out of production for years. They show up regularly on ebay, RCgroups and even here in the for sale section. There are lots and lots of better flying planes. The Katie II was a rather sedate aileron trainer. If I remember right it had a 2 meter span. The Filip 2M slope might fit your bill. If you don't mind EPP then Leading edge Gliders has a new 2 meter plane called the JackHammer that looks like it would fly similar to the Katie.

I've got an unbuilt one I'll let go of.

I got one used, needs some repair, never flew it, heard it flys heavy, seems heavy IMHO

Hey Rio...

Not for sale, but I still have mine from early eighties.....I skinned the wing with veneer instead of balsa and flew it just south of Funston in SF...she made a great trainer, slope diver out there....seems B.Martin is now building RC subs, guess maybe found a new app for that duralene??.....if you can get your hands on his Coyote that a bit smaller and quicker and fun to fly, if up for bit more speed...
But sounds like these guys got you covered...actually if rebuilding one use the veneer skin for the slopes, made a tough wing and weight is a plus on the coast most days....
