Sky Bench Aerotech Lil Bird 2
 

Recently picked up a LilBird 2 at a swap meet. All there except the building manual I called Sky Bench several times but never contacted with a live one. Also sent several E-Mails that were never replied to. If anyone out there has a build manual for the Lil Bird 2, I would be more than willing to buy it. Just name your price. Thanks slogo

Don't give up on Sky Bench. Ray flys contests and what not so he may be temporarily out of the shop. Unlike some of us he has a life!
He is evil I know because in this nice weather he can go fly where I have to work;);)
BTW nice score!! Ray makes some VERY nice kits.
I did check his site and there is tons of stuff on the lil bird building.

I haven't seen the the Lil Bird 2 manual on his sight. But there is a Big Bird and Oly III manual you can down load for reference. But waiting for Hayes is a lost cause from my experiance. If your not buying something, you probably won't hear back.

Thats not fair, Ray has always been very good about getting back to me regardless of whether I am buying stuff or not.

Wow Ray must have really done a dirty to have that type of response. I guess I have been lucky. I have had occasion to talk to Ray quite a bit and each time (even during an argument unrelated to his planes) he was a pretty decent guy. Sorry your experience was bad.

I made enquiries with Ray on 10 July 2008 regarding a Sunbird kit, and had a reply later the same day. Cut the guy some slack, or post your gripe about him!
