Gliding near Adelaide??
 

Quick question. Anywhere near Adelaide< South Australia> just in case there is another one I didn't know about!!......... that I can go play?? I'm off there for three months at the end of this one, and would love to know of somewhere near that the locals go flying....... slope would be lovely, but anything really. Even just to go watch. Sad I know, but hey, you gotta get what you can. Thanks in advance

Mike is a dedicated glider guider and there are some great sites. There is certainly no shortage of flat fields or slopes to take advantage of..

If you want sloping, get to Hallett Cove cliff, about 15k S of Adelaide. Smooth as silk.
Need SE wind.
