Just curious...can a Helicopter radio like the Dx7 be used to fly multi-rotors like the DJI Phantom or a Blade QX whatever it is? Are the controls basically the same? Just wondering if flying a multi-rotor will screw my muscle memory to fly helis all up.

Yes, your DX7 will fly a quad. I'm not big on multi-rotors, I have flown a few of them. The orientation controls are basically the same, Aileron, Elevator, Rudder, Throttle (pitch).

Thanks Hunka....not sure if I will ever get one but I was curious if I can use my Dx7. After flying heli's seems a quadcopter would be kind of boring unless taking pictures or videos.
