Default Batteries in heli dying much faster with new dx6e transmitter

I recently got a new dx6e transmitter and I believe I have it programmed correctly but I used the setup information for the dx6 cause I can't find any info for the e. Anyways I went through a battery in about 3 mins for 4 different batteries. Can anyone she'd any light on this or dx6e setup info? Please and thank you. By the way I was only hovering and dialing in trim so no fast flight. One more thing it still wants to drift backwards even with trim maxed out.
