Default Gyro not controlling rudder

Hi All I'm new on here and looking for some advice.
I have an Align Trex 470LM with a microbeast plus gyro and a Spectrum DX6 Transmitter and I'm using the studioX software to set up the gyro.
I set up the rudder limits in menu E then move to menu F to set up the direction and also check the rudder limits are working correctly. In menu F when I rotate the helicopter the gyro controls the rudder as expected but when I continue through the settings and save them the rudder then barely moves left or right and the gyro doesn't do any controlling at all. The swashplate all moves perfectly as expected and I have the servo set on the correct frequency.
I've tried everything I can think of so has anybody got any idea how to sort this out.

Have you set the gain for the rudder. I believe if the gain is to low you will have the problem you describe .

I've tried adjusting the gain on the gyro but it didn't make any difference. I have found on the transmitter if I turn up the dual rate on the D/R & Expo to 125% which is max then the rudder will move slightly more left and right but nowhere near as far as the rudder limits setting although the gyro still does nothing.

Have you checked the monitor screen to see if the rudder and gyro channel are working. Is everything pluged into the right port.

Thanks for the info. The supplier has asked me to send the gyro back so they can check it.
