Default help with a futaba t8j

Hello
I am Carlo
I got out of the hobby 10 years ago when I got hurt at work

because all the therapy it was easier to just step back
I never flew anything smaller than a 30 raptor

well 10 years later I just had to have a pacemaker implanted along with other things and I cant raise my left arm up over my shoulder for 3 months so now I am getting back into the hobby and had forgotten 90% of it !!!! (the programing part ) I can still fly on the sim so I'm sure I can still fly
I have a 2 esky belt cp and a cpx with stock remotes (witch sucks) so I got a futaba t8j telemetry remote. the remote is junk on the belt cpx extremely twitchily and programing is wrong normal mode full stick pitch is +9 and in idol up mode full stick pitch is +6 along with other issue's.. so now I'm trying to set up the new T8J on the belt cpx with t8j so much has changed and I'm am lost with this new controller
( I really need help with pitch curves / throttle curves / servo rates )
( I live in Port Richey Florida)
Please
Thank you for any and all help
