Default Inverted flight...

I know this is a ways ahead of me. But I get bored on the sim, and try flying upside down. It seems to take a huge amount of height to turn upside down. Which can't make sence. The heli just doesn't seem to want to roll over easily.

To get inverted do u flip it front over back? Or do you roll left or right to get it inverted?

THeres gotta be something i'm missing here =O

I can turn mine over in either axis without loosing any height or moving at all. Its the timing between cyclic and collective inputs.

There's a period of no lift, when you're turning a heli over. In order to compensate, try accelerating upwards just before you flip over. This will give you ballistic upward movement as you invert. Once you can again apply lift when you are updside down you will not have lost much altitude. Have you ever looked closely at a "Rainbow takeoff". The heli is moving upwards as it is turning over.
