what is the difference. the fly bar on the 5#6 is HUGE copaired to the blades. the esky lama has a longer fly bar than the colco lama.

what is the priciple of long and short and heavy and light as with flight charictaristics.???

More weight, or the same weight father out = less aerobatic but more stable.

Longer is more aerobatic versus shorter but at some point the flex takes away from the advantage.

so a short flybar will allow less wing movement but provide better recovery?

on the CX if you shorten an lighten the flybar you will pretty much eliminate blade clack as well as allow the heli to have near infinate forward flight. hmm, my 5#6 would stay streight and moving even with a little touch of the stick, maybe it is because the flybar is as big as the blade.

when you shorten the flybar without lightining it, will that make it slower? that fly bar will recover quicker right?

A long flybar provides better stability and the shorter flybar allows for better aerobatics! The flybar acts like a gyroscope and tries to remain level with the gravitational pull of the earth. So go ahead and experiment to see if the above is correct! You can remove the paddles and replace them with weights and your helli will fly almost the same as with paddles. Some of the plder fullsize Helis only had weights.
