Default 450 class RTF - requires least upgrade?

Which of the 450 class CPhelis:

1)Requires the least upgrades out of the box to make it a stable / good heli?

2)Has the best electronics - receiver etc that can be used again in another heli?

3) 1 and 2 must be under $400.

Any inputs?

I'd say the Blade 400;  though it will require servos and a better gyro, eventually.

Let's just get into the hobby first. I have ordered the blade 400 - can't wait to get it. Sounds like it will suit my needs 99%.

Once I learn how to fly it, the build can come next.

No, it comes with a motor and esc. You still need radio tx/rx, 4 servos and gyro.
