I've seen one in person flown by an extreme 3d pilot helping a newb out (seeing if it needs any adjustments, no 3d), he said that it flew very nicely and that the tail holds great. He was going side to side with no rudder and it stayed solid. Looked to fly very well.

Enjoy yours

So far I am very impressed. As far as I am concerned, it is exactly as it was marketed - a very stable, beginner-friendly collective pitch helicopter. That does NOT mean that a complete beginner with no CP experiance will be able to just pick up the radio and fly!! But, compared to other CP helis, it is much easier.

Yesturday, I flew it in what theweathernetwork.com said were 20km/h winds, and it still remained surprisingly stable. Today I flew it again in a fairly strong breeze (though not as windy as yesturday), and again it handled it just fine. For a complete beginner, I think the stock transmitter is set up well. But I do think I need more sensitive controls now, and will bind it to my DX6i soon.

In my oppinion the SR is definately worth the $200 price tag.

I'm going to give mine a test today or tomorrow. The weather seems to be pretty good (not much wind).
