really need some help here
I am new to helis (planes and cars for years) and I don't know what electric heli to buy. I would like to buy something this weekend but I have not seen any of these helis up close, just of the Internet. Is there a sight I should look for a good deal on a combo?
I am kind of leaning towards the hummingbird. Hummingbird Piccolo Aerohawk or another |

If you want an indoor heli, the ones you mentioned will work. If you want a backyard flyer, go with the Corona. I even fly mine in the garage when the weather doesn't cooperate. The Corona is very stable, very easy to fly, very easy and inexpensive to repair and best of all, it's ultra-durable. Good luck!

hi walked away,
if you never controlled a heli before you should not really start with a micro size heli, you will have a lot problems to control this one. they are very agressive in hovering, bigger sizes, 30-50-60 are more easy to fly, because they are very stable in hovering. if you want an nitro powered one, go get a raptor 30 v2 (maybe 50v2) if you want a electric one you have to look yourself or ask somebody. i just know the logo 10 right now in this size and i dont know if this one is available in usa or not. (im german) electrics are more expensive when you buy them. nitro one are lot cheaper but cost you to run them... but other people say its possible to learn with micro size helis as fast as with the bigger ones. so think for yourself if you want a heli that can fly insinde the house or if you like to fly around outside... |
