first CP heli problems

Today i got my first CP heli, a blade mcpx version 2. I took it to my living room and after barely flying it it hit a shoe and one of the balls on the swahplate broke so i switched it to the other pair. Then i took it outside and one of the linkages broke. i replaced it with one supplied in the box. The next time i went to take it up, once i get to the point where it gets light it wont stop vibrating until full throttle. I cant even fly it because in order for it to stay stable i must be at full throttle and it just takes off.. Any ideas whats wrong?....and by the way im pretty new to helis in general.. ive been flying the MSR, MSRX, and SR120 for a bit but thats all.

push up your main gear if the head has any play up and down then it has dropped off the main a bit  dont worry it was designed to do that!   you will also probably notice it shimmy twords the end of the pack too

yeah...sounds as if your main gear(white gear) has slid down your main shaft.  This will cause a severe vibration.  It is a common thing to happen...I have to slide mine back up the shaft after almost every crash.  Its designed to do this so it wont break/strip things it shouldnt.
